Migrating a live website should not put your business at risk. This agreement sets out the safeguards we apply to every project so your existing website remains protected throughout the migration.

1. Staging-first, always

We never build or experiment on your live site. Your production website stays online and untouched while we reconstruct it in an isolated staging environment. You review and approve the staged result before anything goes live.

2. Backups armed before cutover

Before we change anything on your production environment, we take a complete backup of your existing site files and database. That backup is stored safely so a restore path is always available.

3. Visual parity guarantee

Your visitors should not be able to tell a migration happened. We reconstruct your design faithfully in clean WordPress and verify key pages against the original before handover.

4. Protected cutover with rollback

Going live is a planned, pre-compiled step. If anything is wrong at cutover, we roll back to your original site instead of leaving you with a broken website.

5. Real verification, not assumptions

After launch we verify that key pages return correctly, redirects work, no staging URLs leak into your live pages, and contact forms deliver to your mailbox.

6. Clean handover

Temporary import and fixer scripts are removed. You receive a summary of what changed, what was checked, and the documented rollback path.
